T28冷烫浆

一、产品特点：本产品是一种具有热熔性能的水性浆料，可以用于各种纺织材料烫金印花，是纺织物印花最理想无毒性环保产品。

二、手感软、牢度好、不黏手、易操作。

三、工艺流程：烫金浆印2-3次→自然干燥（12-24）小时→覆烫金泊正面150℃压制10-20秒→撕开金泊再正反压烫一次或过烘道130℃-150℃2分钟

四、注意事项：1、本产品为单组份烫金浆，不可自行加入其它助剂，会影响弹性及金泊离型效果和金泊附着力。

2、请选择耐水洗较高品质的金银泊纸，确保洗水牢度及泊金效果。

3、根据不同布料的特性和使用方法不同，产品的印花结果有所不同。

4、烫金浆分夏天和冬天，干燥的时间和压烫的时间因随天气变化而变。
