◇棉，涤纶布，尼龙布，莱卡布，化纤布，牛仔布。

◇布氏粘度：120000~140000CPS
◇PH值：6.5-7.5

三、特性
◇高附着力，高亮光，弹性一般，手感柔软，加入1008交链剂来提高牢度，能耐高温水洗，漂洗，酵素洗。（注意助剂的时效性）
四、操作应用
◇先用弹性透明浆打底2-3遍，再用仿烫金银浆盖面，无需用金箔压烫，直接引就能达到烫金效果。
五、注意事项
◇由于印花面料的多样化和浆体里面的金银粉固含量较高，使用前先做小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。
◇如要增加浆料的弹性可加入本公司PU230透明浆10%-20%来增加弹性。
◇本产品属高端环保型浆料，常温下保存12个月。

High adhesion and gloss,general elasticity,soft hand feel, resistant to high temperature,bleach and enzyme.adding 1008crosslinking to improve fastness to fabrics (pay attention to the timeliness of additives)
四．Operation application
Using elastic translucent paste to render 2-3times and then using gold and silver pulp to cover.Unnecessary to use gold foil to heat pressure,it will reach gilding effect directly.
五．Notes
1.Due to various printing fabrics and high solid content of gold and silver powder,making sample test before using and then it can be in a batch production after determined.
2.If need to improve the elasticity of pulp,you could add 10%-20% of our company’s PU230transparent pulp.
3.It belongs to high-end environmentally friendly pulp and store for 12months at room temperature.
